"I do NOT like this d*amn insurance agency. (Tori was always nice and easy to work with) however every single month I had bs STATE FARM my bill slowly & slowly & slowly kept creeping up!!!! Fee on top of fee “new rates” blah blah; I believe my bill started around $170 and by the time I ENDED WITH STATE FARM, MY BILL WAS $299 A MONTH. It’s all a scam but state farm is the worst."

"Dropped me over 1 at fault accident, and 1 comprehensive hydroplane accident. Oh, and I had to find out myself. Sent an email, and apparently letters. Never recieved any mail. Thousands of emails per day. Also, let it be known that state farm 100% will try to lower the amount of your repair quote at the time of an accident by using used parts instead of OEM. I work in the auto industry, used parts are not going to perform the same. You would think that a phone call or text would have been utilized, but no. UPDATE: Alfa had me written up $43 less per month than I have been paying State Farm within 5 minutes. Don't give yourself a headache with this place. Call Tim Sizemore with Alfa."

"I have had to call several times because I didn't receive my paper work and to this day I still have not received my paper work"
"Pamela, we apologize for the delay. We email temporary docs (that are good for 30 days) when the policy is written then we are at the mercy of underwriting to approve our work and issue the policies. We have notes that we spoke on Friday letting you know the policies issued on the 16th. You should be receiving paperwork in the mail this week. Now that they are issued, I can email you copies of what was mailed as well. Again our apologies for the inconvenience! "
